Pinkline may require account changes, remove misleading content, or suspend impersonating accounts.
13. Intellectual Property
Users must have the necessary rights or authorization to upload and distribute their content.
You may not knowingly post content that infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Pinkline may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with these Terms.
Pinkline is not obligated to publish, promote, distribute, or retain any particular user submission.

We may take action against conduct occurring outside Pinkline when it directly threatens the safety of our users or the integrity of our services.
We do not guarantee that every violation will receive the same penalty.

Pinkline may uphold, modify, or reverse an enforcement decision after review.
Appeals involving severe safety violations may be restricted where necessary to protect users, evidence, investigations, or legal obligations.
Repeated abusive or fraudulent appeals may result in further restrictions.
